Transcript for "Texas VA Billing Secrets for Rapid Growth": Well, hello, Texas, and welcome to today's webinar. You guys, we have been waiting, wanting, and wishing to launch in Texas, and the day is here, and here's why. We've got a bunch of Aggies working here, and we have been trying to get at Texas. And you guys, we are not very good at football this year, but we are really good at Medicaid billing. So we're gonna jump into it and show you how you can get some VA clients and how to serve those clients better today. We're gonna tell you how you can become a VA provider, how you can get VA clients, just some general billing tips about getting ready to bill, and then billing problem solving and solutions for those VA clients. Before we get started, I did just wanna throw a quick disclaimer up on the screen that the webinar provided is intended for general informational purposes only. And while we strive to present accurate and up to date information, the landscape of Medicaid benefits is subject to change, and specific details may vary based on state regulations and individual circumstances. If you guys disagree with this disclaimer, now is your chance to log off of the webinar. Now I know a lot of you guys might have stumbled into this webinar today, and you're thinking, who is GEO, and what is it that they do? Well, it's simple, really. We're a real life billing team. We have real life billing services and scheduling. We'll schedule your authorizations. We'll do everything for you. That gets you paid 15% more on average. We like to say That's the geo difference. Right, guys? Yes. That's... We sure are. Yes. Alright. So we're gonna go ahead and jump into it today. I know you guys are here to figure out how you can get VA clients, how you can become a provider, and then how to bill for those clients. And so we're gonna jump right into it with learning more about veteran services. Perfect. Okay. So let's start with why you would want to get in to serving VA clients. If you're only taking Medicaid clients right now, VA is one of the easiest ways to add another payer without changing what you already do. In Texas, well, we have got the... One of the biggest veteran populations in the country. These folks are already in your counties. A lot of them just don't know that home care is an option through the VA. And I'll be real with you. This is a really meaningful opportunity because these people are people who served, And getting them care at home instead of a facility is a really big deal for them and their families. Alright. Now before we get started, we want to know a little bit about where everybody is starting from because I know we probably have a mix of people on here. So we wanna know, are you currently contracted as a VA provider? You can say yes, already contracted with TriWest, in the process of enroll... Enrolling, or no, not yet, but interested. Alright, you guys. And for that poll, you're gonna answer on the side right over here. So go ahead and click into the poll. You guys can answer. And then once we get a fair share of you voting, we'll move on to the next slide, and we'll go ahead and pause for a moment. I also wanted to stop right now and point out a few buttons on your screen. So we have your poll, and then next to that, there's a doc... Documents button. This is gonna be all your resources you need today. If you want a free billing analysis, you can click in there to do that. If you want to look at Texas VA contacts, we made a whole contact sheet where you can go find VA clients. You can click and download that absolutely for free. That's our gift to you guys for jumping on the webinar. And if you just want to learn more about GSBA billing services, we have a link for you guys to learn about that. Now after your documents button, there's a little button that says q and a and it kind of doesn't look like a button but it's a button. You're gonna click on that q and a button, and you guys can see where you can enter in questions. So if you guys would like to see the questions, you totally can, and you guys can answer or write in questions so we will answer those a little bit later. Someone wrote in and said, launch the poll so we can see it, and we have that shared. Right, Nicole? Yes. Alright. We're gonna close that poll. And it looks like most of you are already contracted with TriWest, so you're gonna enjoy the end of the webinar where we give you guys some really practical billing tips then. Alright. Moving on to the next slide. Alright. Perfect. So for those of you who are who are not contracted just yet, here's where you actually start. So the first thing a lot of people get confused about is who you're even supposed to talk to. You're not going straight to the VA. In Texas, you're going through TriWest. So that website site on the screen is where you're gonna go, and you're going to want to go to their contract request website and get signed up there. So they may need to verify a few things about your agency, your licensing, your background information, work history, training. So gather all that up before you start so you won't be scrambling halfway through. And then, also, you wanna save your confirmations, emails, reference numbers, anything you get during the process. And, honestly, that's a good habit with VA billing in general is keeping the paper trail. So don't expect it to happen overnight. Credentialing does take some time. So the sooner you start, the better. And if you get stuck under the provider contact information on the screen, you can contact them there. Don't sit on a question for three weeks because you're just waiting for the process to magically move itself along. Yeah, Nicole. That's great advice. So if you guys wanna stop and take a picture of that phone number and that email in case you guys have any questions, go ahead and stop, take a picture of that, and and there's a thumbs up emoji when you are ready for us to go to the next slide, and we'll move on. Alright. Looks like we're ready to go. Alright. So this is just a visual to what Nicole was talking about. So, you know, we talked about Texas as Region 4 of TriWest. There you are in the slightly less orange side than the other orange side. I'm gonna call that a pumpkin spice orange today. What do you guys think? I think that's a good orange to call it. Alright. So now we're gonna go over how to get more VA clients. So once you become a provider, you're gonna help clients magically show up, and, unfortunately, this isn't usually the case. Right? Sometimes we have to introduce ourselves to our communities, and to the VA population to be able to get some clients. So to attract veteran clients as a home care provider, you're gonna wanna focus on building trust within the veteran community and understanding their unique needs. So you wanna get familiar with what services can you offer for this. Right? Make sure you're really familiar, you know your language, you know your lingo. Once you know your language and your lingo, you're gonna wanna partner with your local VA offices and introduce yourself. And then groups like the American Legion or the VFW, And just make sure you're familiar with all the VA benefits, such as aid and attendance, and clearly communicate how your services are gonna align with those programs. And please, please, please, when you guys introduce yourself, don't just say... I'm making up an agency name here. So sometimes I make up agency names and they're real. I'm sorry about that if that's you. Hopefully not. But let's just say, when you're introducing yourself, you say, hey. I'm Amy from Loving Hands Home Care, and I would love to serve veteran clients, and then you just end right there. That's not enough. Right? You need to say, hey. I'm Amy. I have three slots open. I serve these specific waivers, these specific services. I have experience with military culture because, you know, maybe you were a military family growing up. You wanna stress any of that, any connections you have with the military, any experience you have with PTSD, mobility challenges, or service related conditions, and really highlight your experience there and how you're good at that. And then the last thing you can do to get VA clients is going to events where they may have veterans or veteran families, especially the veteran families, and offer education and support and let them know what they're entitled to. So we have a document on the side here in your doc section where you guys can click on Texas VA contacts, and we've listed phone numbers and emails and some VA organizations that you guys can get in contact with to hopefully get some VA clients and start introducing yourself in the community. So hopefully that's helpful for you guys. Alright. So we kinda talked about that document in the corner. This is that document kind of on your screen. So if you guys would like to take a picture of that, we listed out some VA organizations and some local VA health care systems for you guys. But the important thing is start local. Right? You wanna start in your city, So you don't need to market to every VA place in Texas. It's a really big state. Right? Dallas is, like, five hours from Houston. So if you're in Houston, start in Houston and suburbs around Houston. If you're in Dallas, start in Dallas and suburbs around Dallas. If you're in Lubbock, hopefully, there's some stuff out there. Right? That was a joke. Hopefully, I didn't offend anyone in Lubbock, but I got one left. A couple more a couple more. Alright. This is that sheet. We really want you guys to download that sheet because it's a free gift. We spent time making it, and we hope you guys enjoy it. So click in your document section, download that sheet. It's our free gift to you, and we hope it's helpful to help you guys find some clients. Alright. Lindsay is our billing expert today, and Lindsay has billed over $505,100,000,000 dollars with an m, at geo for Medicaid EMBA for agencies all over the country, and so she's gonna give us some tips on what to do to get ready to bill and then some both post billing tips as well. So I'm gonna hand it off to miss Lindsay Sheard. Hey, Lindsay. How's it going? And, you guys. fun fact, Lindsay and I are marine spouses, so Yes. we have an affiliation very... with the military lifestyle as well. Yes. Which... It's a crazy ride out here, but we're doing it, and we're thankful for all of those who serve for sure. Yep. So, today, I will go over, some billing tips with you from submissions to some issues we see and things like that. I'm one of the senior billing analysts on our billing team here. We have a great team and, we really try to dive into all of these, billing claims issues, things like that. And we take care of it all for our for our agencies and for our clients. So one thing that I do wanna go over with you is what you need to do, to get ready to bill. So before you bill your first VA client, you'll want to make sure that you have a few things. So, first and foremost, you wanna make sure that you have an approved VA referral authorization. If you do not have one of these before you start services, your claims could get denied. So it's super important that you have that before you schedule anything. You also want to make sure that you have that VA referral number, the approved services listed, the authorized dates of service, the units and visits that you're approved for, and the correct billing codes. That's a big one, because there are specific codes depending on your client, and those are within your authorization. So you'll wanna make sure that you're paying close attention to those. And then on top of all of those things, you want to make sure that you have a great process in place for tracking, your units that you have available so that you're getting the the most that you can and you're able to provide the correct amount of services to the veteran that you're serving. So, one big takeaway from all of this is to make sure that you're not providing services outside of the authorization and assume that they'll get paid because they are very strict that all the services have to fall within that authorization. Yeah. I would say that goes for anything, even in Medicaid billing. Lindsay, if you... If it's not authorized, you can't provide service, and you wanna check your eligibility on the first and fifteenth of every month, you guys. If you guys aren't checking your eligibility, make sure you guys are doing that. That's also a great willing tip. Alright, Lindsay. Talk to us about signing in. Where do we click? Yeah. So, I just listed off some things that you need before you even get ready to bill. So now talking about actual billing and submitting claims. So within the TriWest provider page, there is that CCN login, it links to Availity, which, you'll see here on the next slide. So once you click that box, it'll link you to Availity, where you'll be able to log in here, and that's where a lot of your things are located for those TriWest claims. So, if you don't have an Availity account, you can also create one for free. It's, free of charge to you. So that's one important thing to note. If you don't have that already, you can use that service for free. So once you've logged into Availity and you've gotten all your pre bill things ready, like we just talked about, then, you'll want to make sure that you're ready to submit your claims. So some big ones are you have to have your VA referral number. I know you've mentioned that a few times, but that's how important it is. You have to have that referral number. If you submit a claim without it, they will not pay it. They will send it right back on to you, and then that's just a delay in you getting paid. So you just wanna make sure that you have that before you submit a claim. You also want to have that unique veteran ID handy. So it's, actually, it's a 17 digit veteran ICN that's actually found on your authorization, which makes it easy because it's right there. You have to have the referral or authorization number anyways. You are able to submit, other ways too, like with their social Security number and things like that. But my recommendation is just using that veteran ICN because it's right there on your authorization anyways. So you'll be covered there. And then last but most importantly, you wanna make sure that you have a visit completed because you want to make sure that you, you know, have a visit to bill and put on the claim. So, you want to make sure that you have those things before you submit a claim. Here's just an example of what a paper claim form would look like. It's slightly different when you look at it in Availity, but same concept. It mainly just points out that you'll need your billing codes and possibly modifiers depending on the visit type. And you'll need, your referral number, the client's name, date of birth, that veteran ICN, or that unique ID. So that's just an example. Awesome. Thanks, Lindsay. Yeah. Alright. K. Procedure codes. This is a super common question we get. Well, can you guys show us the codes? Yes. We can. Here's how much you could potentially be making and what the procedure codes are charging. Right, Nicole? Yes. Absolutely. We wanted to stop on this one for one second because this is one of the first things agency owners usually ask is, okay, but does it actually pay? And so code G0156 is filled in those fifteen minute units. So for that $9.50 for fifteen minutes is not too shabby. And the nice thing about Texas is that right now, it's the same rate everywhere. Houston, Dallas, the tiny town in West Texas, it doesn't matter. They're all at the rate of $9.50 right now. And that's great and all, but the catch is that the rate only matters if it actually gets paid. So this rate only matters, and it... If if it gets paid and a denied claim at $9.50 a unit is still $0, which brings us to our next question. We've got one more quick poll question for you guys. We want to know, do you know the most common reasons that VA claims get denied? You can say yes, or you can say no, but I wanna find out. Yeah. We'll wait for a minute for you guys to enter that in. I would love to give you all some shout outs and practice using our q and a box since we're getting closer to that question and answer time. So like. with that, your q and a button, if you're tuning late, is right next to the poll, the documents. You'll click q and a on the top, kind of right next to where our faces are over that way. And you guys can type in your questions, but I would love to give out a $25 Amazon gift card for the first person to type in their city so we can give you all some shout outs if you're comfortable with it. So go ahead and type in your city and your name, and we'll give you a shout out live on the webinar right now. And the first person that types it in will get a $25 Amazon gift card. Woo hoo. Yay, Amazon. Nice. Yeah. Prime Day is coming up, y'all. You you need that gift card. Yeah. Oh, yeah. They'll be ready to go. I already have what I want for Prime Day. They have this new lock where you can walk up to it, and it'll just unlock for you if it senses your phone. Oh, that's fancy. You don't have to type in numbers. or anything? That's what I want. That's what I want for this part of it. There you go. Alright. And we have our poll. launched. Nicole. Yes. Alright. Moving forward to the next slide. Perfect. Yes. So we have a lot of nodes, but I want to find out. So let's see. Lindsay is gonna walk us through the big ones, and the first one is sneakier than you think. Alright. Yeah. So some... Yeah. So some potential billing issues. So, you know, it all depends on what you got going on, but one big thing that we see is overscheduling. So overscheduling basically means that you're gonna have to pay out of pockets for visits, and nobody wants to do that. So it's super important. A big billing issue that we run into is that clients are overscheduled. So you're sending caregivers in for more time than what you're approved for. So you wanna make sure that you're always tracking your authorizations and that, you have a software that helps you as well. So you just wanna make sure that you're staying on top of that so that you don't have to pay any money out of pocket. On top of that, there are issues with... That we see with not not including the referral number. And I know we keep talking about it, but that's just how important it is. So, it goes right there in box 23 on the claim, but you have to include your referral number. They will deny any claim that does not have this. So it's super important that you include that. That is something that we see frequently in agencies that we take on is that they just haven't included that number, and that's why their claims don't get paid. So it's super important that you have that. One really cool thing is, that's helpful because one issue that we see is that claims just don't go through, but there's actually a way for you to see your claim status immediately, and availability. So you can actually go to the CCN resources tab here on the provider website and you can see your claim status immediately after you submit it. So that helps you right then and there. If there's any issues or anything that you see, you can correct it on the spot instead of having to wait for it to, you know, go through multiple stages. Like, you can see it right then and there, which is really cool. So, if you're not checking that, though, that could also be a big problem because if you're just, you know, submitting it and forgetting it, then that's potentially not good for you because it could mean that you're missing out on money that you should be getting. So it's super important that you're checking on those claim statuses. Alright. Thanks, Lindsay. We're gonna take a quick pause right now of potential billing issues, and we're gonna go over our winner of our $25 Amazon gift card and just give you guys some shout outs for coming on the webinar today and let Lindsay take a nice deep breath before we have to move on to the next slide. So our winner, the first person I saw chatting is Brianne from Arlington. Yay. Shout out, to you. Winner. of our $25. Amazon gift card. Yay. If you. guys want to... Or, Brienne, if you wanna chat back your email you would like that to go to, that would be great for us. Now I wanna give an honorary shout out to Angela from Grand Prairie, to Letty from McAllen, to Deidra from Dallas. Woo hoo. Nancy from Andrews. Deborah from Midland, Texas. Channing from... Or Garland from Channing? Channing from Garland. Sorry. Took me a minute. Latore from Brookshire, Texas. Kathy from Austin, Christopher from San Antonio, and Sheila from Texas... Pareen, Texas? Sheila Pareen, Texas. She just said... Okay. K. I got it. Latosha from Houston, Denise from Mission, Texas, Lauren from Fredericksburg. We love a trip to Fredericksburg, don't we? It's real nice. Yes. We do. Lori from Midland, Rajeev from Houston, Arabel from Mission, Tabitha from Dallas, Dorothy. Hello, Dorothy. We're glad you're on the webinar. And Kate from Phoenix. So we're glad all of you guys are on the webinar for today, and. we're gonna be answering your q and a in just a few minutes. So keep the questions coming. We love to see them, and we will answer all of them as best we can. See if we could stump Lindsey. Yeah. We'll see. Alright, Lindsay. Thanks for letting us interrupt, and let's talk about our timely filing window. What do y'all think? Yes. Timely filing window. That's another another issue that could come up, and something that you definitely want to keep in the back of your mind. So a hundred and eighty days is the time from the date of service that you have to file VA claims. So super important that you're paying attention to that window because they are not very lenient. They want you to submit claims on time. So it's super important that you keep that hundred and eighty day, time frame in mind. Alright. Okay. So for those of you who are unsure as to why your claims keep denying or maybe you just want someone to look over your VA billing before you get started, We have an offer for you guys today, and we give it out to you guys, as a thank you just for joining the webinar. We'll do a free billing analysis for you. Nicole, could you put that banner on the bottom? There it is. Right there. You guys click right there. So we'll give you guys a free billing analysis, and, basically, what that means is we'll go through your billing line by line for free to show you why you're getting denied claims. We can go over anything that's going wrong. There's a timely filing window in Texas. We just went over that. If we think you could go back in time and get any money, we'll let you know what we think that amount could be. We do that all the time for people, and I watch agency owners get checks that are $10.20, $30,000. No exaggeration just from doing their billing properly. Maybe they left, like, 10% on the table. You know, we can go back and bill that better and get a little more money. So the billing analysis, I always say it's good to do one about every six months because you're gonna go through your billing line by line. They're gonna, you know, make sure you're doing it correctly. It's really, really helpful just to get a billing analysis. And if you're setting up things for VA, doesn't hurt to have someone kind of walk you through TriWest for a minute, show you how to log in to Availity, Right. double check those buttons we put up on the screen, all of that stuff. So if you guys would like to get a free billing analysis, that button right there is clickable. You're gonna click on that. But, also, in that documents tab, you guys can click and claim your free bill... Billing analysis over there if you don't like how busy the banner is. You know? Maybe it's too exciting, like, a still button. We understand. We got that for you too. Absolutely. But, yeah, we have had so much fun with you guys on today. Let me tell you, you guys have been a great crowd. We had fun. We have been just itching to get home to Texas, and so I think all. of us are really excited. excited. You know, I lived in Texas before my husband was in the marine corps for six or seven years, and I went to Texas A and M. So I'm really excited for us to launch in Texas and to be helping out in Texas. Nicole's from Texas, and we have hired lots of Aggies from the Aggie Network in Texas too. So we're excited to be there and to help you guys with your billing. Alright. These are just some quotes because we're new to Texas, and you guys might not know us, but we have billed over $500,000,000 in Medicaid claims paid. So we definitely know what we're doing, and these are just some reviews I put up here for you guys since we're new. And you guys are like, who the heck is Gio? And this says, Gio's billing package gave us some more time to do what we love while still being able to expand our agency. Someone said, you cannot put a price tag on the peace of mind I have with Gio. That was Kiana. And Gio helped me recover $200,000 in backbilling and putting into recoupments. Like I said, we have a lot of those recoupment stories. So if you guys are struggling with recoupments, we can help you there too. And now we're gonna play a quick video, and we'll be right back for your q and a session right after the break. Jio has completely turned things around for us. They have been wonderful. Their customer service is outstanding, and our billing has gone way up as well. They're keeping us up to date with all of the changes. They have the information that we need. Even down to keeping up with authorizations, one thing I love about the app, it's like a one stop shop for managing time. And with all the technology that Geo offers, we were able to ensure that we were staffed correctly. We weren't going over units. They're willing to go before their team to bring the results that that you need to grow your business. When you have a competent software company standing behind you and they're knowledgeable, they're efficient, they're always there when you need them, they held your hand every step of the way to make sure that you understand the things that you're doing and and the rationale behind it, the peace of mind is indescribable. Alright. We're back. I'll wait for Nicole to get back, and we'll be ready to go. Hello? Deborah, did you say Gio has billed 500,000,000? Yes. 500,000,000 in claims paid, Deborah. And paid is the important part there because anyone can bill, but that is our claims paid out number. Nick said, so y'all help offices do their own billing. Still not sure y'all's business model when it comes to VA. Yes. So here's something you're gonna notice about you. We're gonna help you guys out with webinars that are state specific to your state just to be helpful. We're gonna cover VA. We're gonna cover different waiver types you can join. We have great audit webinar series. We have so many wonderful webinars that y'all can attend for free, and it might not have to do a ton with the webinar, and we're okay with that. So we just wanna be helpful, help you guys out, and let you guys attend something great. We spend literally hours researching different topics for you guys. In certain states, we will read the entire procedure manual, all 400 annoying pages so that way you guys don't have to. I've been in the Medicaid field for about five years now, and so we're excited to just help you all out, put on great webinars. And so I understand that how it can get a little confusing, that our business model is not fully VA, but we do VA billing. If you guys need help with VA billing, we can help you out and do your v... VA billing for you. And we also do scheduling. You wanna schedule. Alright. Lindsay, we have so many questions. I'm gonna let you choose your favorite one to go. first. One thing that I saw is how long will it take for VA approval for your agency after you submitted a request for TriWest? So that's a great question. Mainly because it all depends on their need at the time. However, the, the slide that we showed at the beginning and, Bailey, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that this webinar will be sent out or recorded webinar. But there's a number that you could always call, like, the provider services number, and they can give you an update on where your, request is at in the process. So super important. If I were you, I would stay on top of them. So, you can get answers really quickly. Yeah. Someone asked if we can do VA credentialing. If you do executive billing, we won't do your credentialing for you, but we can help point you in the right direction. We can help you get your Medicaid ID and all of that. We already answered. Did you say Joe has billed 500,000,000? Yes. We did. Is... I you go over once more how to get VA clients? Yeah. So this does... Doesn't go for VA clients, but it goes for Medicaid clients in general when maybe your case manager isn't sending you as many referrals as you want. You want to figure out where are clients in your realm. Right? Where are they, and how can you educate families? So, in that document, you guys can click on that. We have a lot of VA contacts, and you're gonna wanna email all of them or call and just introduce yourself to all the organizations that might be heading helping veterans. If the Wounded Warrior Project has an event, you want to be at that event, you want to be at that ball, you're gonna be introducing yourself. Do people letting families know that you can serve the VA, what services they can offer, and how, they don't have to pay for those services. Right? So you'll wanna become an expert in how to enroll clients who are not currently enrolled in the process so you can help them through, and then they can request your agency. And then the last thing I said with how to get clients is when you introduce yourself, don't be vague about it. Meaning, don't just say, my name is Bailey, and I serve VA clients, and we would love to have... Get clients from you. Right? You wanna specifically mention the services you offer, specifically mention how you're an expert in the field, what your experience is with VA, if you have any, the military, etcetera, and name that in your email. And ChatGPT is a great way to help you write some emails now. So feel free to drop that all on ChatGPT, and it'll make a nice email for you guys for free if you haven't played around with that yet. Alright. Bringing in, we got your email. We'll be sending you your gift card. Thank you for that. I didn't get the information on where to apply for TriWest. Nicole, do we have a slide for that we can put up? Yes. We do. Let me pull it. up really go. ahead and put that back up. There it is. It's vaccn.triwest.com. K. Lindsay, do you know the answer to Rajeev's question? Sorry. What... Whose question? I'm sorry. Rajeev's Let me look. We'll we'll come back to that one. scrolling through. Sorry. Oh, there's a lot of questions. You gotta be. patient with... Y'all are a great crowd. We love the interaction. Okay. Go ahead. Yeah. We'll go ahead and read that one out, Lindsay, and you can answer it. Yeah. I haven't found it yet. You said you're... Do you have it? You can read it out. Oh, do we have to submit in a way for VA claims too? It all just depends on, it depends on your client, honestly, and what their services that they're getting approved for. So that is just something that would have to come from the VA. Nicole, this is more for you. $9.50 per unit is for nonskilled services question mark. Yes. That is correct. Okay. We kind of already answered this. How long will it take for VA approval for your agency after you've submitted a request for TriWest? Oh, we wish we could tell you how long. It varies. Not super fast. Right, Lindsay? And. in some. cases, they are denying people if the area is saturated, which. isn't... And so I highly just recommend calling. It's the number that's actually on the screen right now. So that provider services number, and they'll be able to help you out. Or you can email that, enrollment email as well, and they should be able to give you a time frame, hopefully, or at least tell you where you're at in the process. Okay. Lettie has a question. It's pretty extensive. So we... Okay. So she said, Lindsay, how can I bill for a VA claim or RN orientation visit in a VA respite RN orientation on the same day? I always get denied even though there are two different authorizations and two different employees being oriented. They consider this a duplicate service, which it is not. This could be something that you might need to have... That would be a great example of a question to bring to a billing analysis and have them answer, but, Lindsay, I'll let you. Yeah. So that's actually exactly what I was gonna say. So our billing analysis are free. It's a gift to you for coming to this webinar. But this is a perfect example, for you Letty or anybody, if you're having denied claims and you just cannot figure out why that's exactly what our billing analysis are meant for. It's for us to take a look at your agency and see if you're a good fit, for geoservices and just kinda help you out, like, see what... Why things are getting denied. It's hard to say based on your question, Letty, exactly the reason why they are denying it because we would have to see, like, the denial codes and the exact codes you're billing and things like that. So it's hard. for me to answer here, but definitely need. a Yeah. a little more information. Just. a little... Or and probably not information you want shouted to a 100 people on a webinar quite literally. So that's why a one on one meeting is a little a little better for that sometimes. But if you wanna type in some more information, Lenny, we'll try to answer it the best we can if you can give us a little bit more, maybe a procedure code or something if you can find it. Okay. How long will it take for the approval? We already answered that one. Diedra said, I may have missed this, but how does an agency become credentialed by VA to gain a contract? Nicole? Sorry. Can you repeat that one more time? I may have missed this, but how does an agency become credentialed by VA to gain a contract? Basically, how do you quickly have a provider? Yes. You go to this website. It's on the screen, and you're going to enter in a contract request, and they should respond to you from there Yes. Or tell you. your area is saturated, which hopefully your area is not saturated. And if they tell you your area is saturated, just keep on reapplying. That's my best advice. Just keep on reapplying Right. and be the squeaky wheel, and you wanna be kind of first on that nonexistent wait list there. Is it possible to get a copy of the slides? There's a lot of information that I don't have to make notes for. So this webinar is going to be available on demand after we log off so you guys can access the recording. You can click through the slides. You could download the documents and print that. You can click on Jio's website to learn about more of who we are. Whatever you guys would like to do there, it will... You will have access to it. Yeah. I think that's about it for q and a for now. Thank you guys for all the questions. We had lots of questions. Nick said, we do VA. Other than that, we just do private pay. Can you help us with exploring Medicaid, etcetera? Yes, Nick. If you wanna book a billing analysis, what you can do is you can email your billing analysis biller, and you can say, hey. I would like access to, the Medicaid webinars that help me get clients, and what we can do is we can send over all of our other webinars that help you get credentialed in Medicaid, become a provider for different waivers and stuff like that in Medicaid. Like we said, we're new for Texas, but keep an eye out because we're gonna have some Texas waivers coming out soon and, some webinars like that for you guys to attend. So, we will definitely have ways for you guys to get clients and get, credentials with Medicaid because that's our goal. Thank you guys for coming out again. We really appreciate it. We had such a fun time. We do webinars pretty much every month right now in the state of Texas, and we work really hard. I'm gonna try to make them really useful for you guys. If you guys have any billing questions or you need help, you can click over there, to learn more about Texas Texas VA billing services. But we also just do Medicaid billing services in general, and we would love to help out your agency if you guys need billing help or just help in general. So thank you guys for coming out again. We had a great time. Bye for now. Thank you. Bye.
